In Team Harmony, colleagues pull together to create all the components of an exciting pop video. It’s highly challenging, thoroughly enjoyable and strengthens the valuable components of effective teamwork.

Key skills developed include planning, interpersonal skills, technical experience, confidence-building, management, media experience, communication, team interaction, consensus-building, leadership, delegation and empathy.

Corporate teams of 10 to 20 can take part in the experience at Canongate Studio's state-of-the-art recording complex.

Key Roles

All roles form an integral part of the team building opportunity and combine to make a unique and highly successful team building experience.  Roles are agreed in advance to allow team-bonding and preparation work to commence prior to the main event.

Light refreshments are provided i.e. tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits. Catering can also be made available (agreed at time of booking).

Specific goals and outcomes for the event can be set in advance.  Feedback forms are provided and these form the basis of review and appraisal.
